Return and Refund Policy – Seurre

Your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, here's how to proceed.
1. Return Window
You have up to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging;
- Accompanied by all original tags and accessories;
- Free of damage caused by use.
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@seurre-store.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you with instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@seurre-store.co with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly (replacement, refund, or reshipment).
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on Seurre's part.
