All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location, but customers can typically expect their order to arrive within a few business days. Timeframes may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or due to customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs issues, etc.). We appreciate your understanding in these cases.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Seurre is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

7. International Orders
For international orders, customs fees and local taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
